- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Visiting in Dubuque with precious things to mail home, I was happy to find this UPS store. We were able to find a mailing tube and received such cheerful help and advice from the manager Clare Richard. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆So tired of ups, every time something is shipped to me via them, I never seem to get it, there are never we missed you notices on my door they get left everywhere but my front door, and twice I was home and they didn't even bother to come to my door, I was awaiting a package today, and it said it was supposed to be delivered, I look online and guess what, it said, customer not available, will deliver to store, we'll there's no door tag on my door and I'm not in a position to go tracking things down.
